FINE is an EEIG (European Economic Interest Grouping),
a European legal instruments that allows companies, firms and other bodies to cooperate across borders with the purpose to facilitate or develop economic activities.

FINE GROUP has adopted a traditional system of governance where the shareholders’ meeting appoints a board of directors to manage the company with the help of the supervisory figures required by the regulations.
